The services include re-engineering warehouse infrastructure & load planning processes, freight optimization, development of Key Performance & Financial Indicators (KPI/KFI), Standard Operation Procedure development and roll-out. The Supply Chain Logistics services also include optimizing the use of existing IT systems to monitor real-time, actual performance against established KPI’s & KFI’s.
